1.1 This Privacy and Contact Policy describes how Riffutures collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information. It applies to the platform described in our Terms and Money Policy. By using the platform you agree to this policy.
1.2 This policy should be read together with our Terms and Money Policy. Terms defined in our Terms and Money Policy have the same meanings here.
2.1 Account Information. We collect the information you provide during account creation or updates, including name, email, time zone, password, preferences, and verification confirmations.
2.2 Payment Confirmation Information. We receive limited payment confirmation data from processors, such as transaction identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and status. We do not store full card numbers.
2.3 Usage Information. We record interactions with the platform, including when you start a Pulse Scan, open Echo Thread, purchase Inner Compass, spend Echo Keys, view or download reports, and navigate dashboard pages.
2.4 Session Logs for Quality and Compliance. We may retain conversation logs, session notes, and outputs for the purposes of auditing accurate service delivery, maintaining security, preventing abuse, and improving your user experience. These logs are not sold. They are not used for any external training marketplace. They remain within Riffutures for the limited purposes stated here.
2.5 Device and Technical Information. We may collect IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, time stamps, and cookie identifiers.
2.6 Communications and Feedback. If you contact us, participate in surveys, or submit feedback, we will process the information you provide for support and improvement.
3.1 Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of a contract to deliver services you request, legitimate interests to secure and improve the platform, and legal obligations to keep appropriate business records. Where consent is required, we will seek it.
3.2 We use information to provide services, operate Echo Key wallets, deliver reports, secure the platform, verify accounts, detect misuse, measure performance, and improve features for you and similar users.
3.3 We use payment confirmation data to confirm purchases, prevent fraud, reconcile records, and comply with tax and accounting rules.
4.1 We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, protect against abuse, and measure aggregated usage patterns.
4.2 You may control cookies through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect login stability, content access, or report downloads.
5.1 We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
5.2 Reports and session logs may be available inside your dashboard for a period that supports your personal record keeping. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion to support disaster recovery and legal compliance.
6.1 You may download available reports directly from your account.
6.2 You may request access to other data we hold about you by contacting the email in Section 13. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
6.3 You may request account deletion by emailing support@riffutures.com from the same email address associated with your account. We will verify your request and delete the account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We may retain minimal records such as invoices and tax confirmations as required by law.
7.1 The platform is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental guidance. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who access the platform.
7.2 We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has registered without parental permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account.
8.1 We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting providers, analytics, fraud prevention, security vendors, and payment processors. These providers must treat information appropriately and follow our instructions.
8.2 We share payment related information with Stripe and Flutterwave so they can process your transactions. You can view their terms and privacy notices on their websites.
8.3 We may disclose information where required by law, to comply with legal processes, to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Riffutures, users, or the public.
9.1 Riffutures is operated from the United States. Information may be stored or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers maintain facilities. By using the platform you consent to such transfers.
9.2 Where required, we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross border transfers.
10.1 We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. These may include encryption at rest and in transit where appropriate, role based access controls, logging, and monitoring.
10.2 No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, limiting access to your devices, and logging out of sessions when finished.
11.1 You may update certain account information in your dashboard settings.
11.2 You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using unsubscribe links. Operational emails cannot be opted out of because they are necessary to deliver service notifications.
11.3 Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
12.1 We send operational communications by email and in dashboard notifications, including verification, purchase confirmations, report availability, and updates to your sessions.
12.2 Where supported and with your consent, we may send operational notices by WhatsApp or Telegram. Message and data rates may apply. You can change these preferences in your account where available or by contacting support.
12.3 Marketing emails are sent only with your opt in. You can opt out at any time.
13.1 For data access or deletion requests, or for questions about this policy, contact support@riffutures.com from the email address associated with your account.
13.2 If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also contact your local supervisory authority where applicable. We encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve your concern.
14.1 The platform may link to third party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
15.1 We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are posted. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice in product or by email where feasible.
16.1 This Privacy and Contact Policy together with our Terms and Money Policy and any policies referenced in product constitute the entire agreement between you and Riffutures concerning data privacy and communications. In case of conflict regarding privacy matters, this policy controls.
17.1 This policy is provided in English for a global audience. If translations are provided, the English version controls in case of inconsistency.
